Hello, my name is Karey Follows! I am an HR professional and business partner with over 14 years of progressive experience in a variety of different industries. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Lynchburg College where I played on the nationally ranked soccer team. I obtained my SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification in 2020 and also completed the Strategic Human Resources Leadership certificate program through Cornell University in 2023.
I pride myself on my work ethic and consider myself to be an authentic problem solver who thrives on tough challenges and the opportunity to help businesses succeed via their biggest asset(s), its people.
